I have a roll call that includes 77 ways to come up with extra money for your IOU. You can come up with the money to pay off your deficit, but you have to be creative.
If on occasion penny of your paycheck is already dedicated to something else, paying off tally seems out of reach. What about selling some old elements on eBay or Craigslist?
