From a Washington Post paper, I understand that Blippy is similar to Twitter, except it posts your credit card transactions, showing how lots you spent, where you spent it, and in some cases, a detailed lexicon of what you bought.
A new ministration will allow you to let your patrons, and the heavenly body, discern occupation you’ve purchased on your credit score. Similar to Facebook statuses, your souls mate can “cognate” what you purchased and even comment on your transactions.

I can imagine some consumers would maximization their spending so more transactions would grandstand play up on Blippy.
